Tubing ProductKuzeyboru PE pipes are produced from polyethylene to TS EN 12201-1 and TS EN 12201-2. Diameters run from 20 mm to 1600 mm and pressure classes from SDR41–PN4 to SDR6–PN32. Coils are available up to Ø125 mm; larger sizes are supplied in straight lengths. Typical uses are drinking water, natural gas (PE80/PE100), irrigation, sewage, drainage, industrial lines and marine outfalls.

GRP Pipe and Fittings
Tubing ProductGRP pipes are made at the 64,368 m² Malatya plant by continuous filament winding. Diameters range from 300 mm to 4000 mm; lengths of 12 m and 15 m are produced according to transport limits. The wall is a five-layer structure of glass fibre, thermoset resin and silica sand. Applications include drinking water, sewage, irrigation, marine outfalls, power plants and jacking. Tees, elbows, reducers, flanges and couplings are made in the same plant.

Tubing ProductCorrugated pipes are produced to TS EN 13476-3 in DN100–1000 with or without sockets, and as steel-reinforced spiral pipe to TSEK-2 in 800–2400 mm. Polyethylene melt flow at 190°C/5 kg is ≤1.6 g/10 min and density ≥930 kg/m³. Ring stiffness per ISO 9969 meets SN4 and SN16. Couplings, elbows, reducers, Y and C fittings, end caps and tees are used on sewer, stormwater and drainage lines.

Tubing ProductAKBOR GRP/CTP pipes are made by continuous filament winding. The range covers DN 300–4200 mm, pressure classes PN 1–40 bar and stiffness classes SN 2500–10000 N/m2, in lengths from 0.3 m to 15 m. Fittings ProductGRP pipes are joined on pressure and gravity lines with EPDM-gasketed coupling joints. Couplings use the same materials and process as standard CTP pipe; gasket grooves are machined on a coupling machine. Akbor EPDM gaskets provide double-sided sealing; the flexible joint reduces transfer of settlement and seismic stress into the pipe wall.

Vacuum Pumps ProductStock code HT00002. Oil-free dry-type (scroll) vacuum pump with 8–10 m3/h capacity and 10−2 mbar. It is produced domestically in Turkey. R&D and production of the local oil-free dry scroll vacuum pump were carried out with state support. Capacity is 10 m3/h at 10−2 mbar. The project aim was to complete R&D and make it ready for serial production. It has been completed successfully and is ready for use.

Vacuum Pumps ProductAnadolu Vacuum CF components are manufactured according to ISO 3669. The CF flange (originally called ConFlat) is a sexless design where both flanges are identical. Typical flange materials are stainless steel types 304, 316L, 316LN ESR. All components are 100% leak-tested and have leak rates better than 10−10 mbar·l/s. Standard sizes are NW 16 to 250. Other sizes can be produced on request. The ultra-high vacuum range (UHV) assigns the pressure range <10−8 mbar. To reach and keep up this low pressure range, a very low outgassing rate is required in the vacuum system.

Vacuum Pumps ProductISO-KF standard vacuum components are for fast, reliable vacuum connections. ISO-KF solutions of flanges, fittings, clamps and centering rings offer fast assembly, dependable sealing and broad compatibility across modern vacuum systems. KF components are used in low, medium and high vacuum systems. KF flanges are a sexless design made from stainless steel or aluminium. The seal is an elastomeric O-ring placed in a centering ring that aligns the flanges and holds the O-ring. They are manufactured at Anadolu Vacuum in accordance with DIN 28403 and ISO 2861 in sizes NW10 to NW50; welded parts are helium leak-tested and leak-proof up to 10−9 mbar·l/s.

Helium Leak Test
Vacuum Pumps ServiceThe helium leak test, where we manufacture vacuum components, is part of our manufacturing process. We use helium leak testing to find small leaks or larger leaks in larger volumes. Helium is used as a tracer gas and its concentration is measured. Helium test can be used to determine leakage rates from 1×10−6 mbar·lt/s to 1×10−12 mbar·lt/s. In the vacuum method the inside of the part is vacuumed and helium is sprayed from outside onto welds, flanges, portals and connection points; helium entering through leaks is recorded on the mass spectrometer. In the sniffer method the inside is pressurized with helium and possible leak points are scanned with a sniffer. For the helium leak test service, Multipurpose ASM 340 belonging to Pfeiffer Vacuum is used.
