1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between TurkIndustry (“Platform”) and all users who visit, register, or use our services.
The Platform is a B2B marketplace enabling buyers to discover suppliers, create request-for-quote workflows, and enabling companies to publish digital profiles and product/service listings.
2. Accounts and user obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information and for maintaining account security.
The Platform may suspend accounts that publish misleading profiles, fake bids, spam, infringing content, or material that violates applicable law.
3. Scope of service
TurkIndustry is an intermediary platform. Commercial relationships, offers, contracts, and delivery between buyers and suppliers remain the responsibility of those parties.
Features, membership plans, and access conditions may be updated with prior notice where required.
4. Intellectual property
The Platform interface, brand, and software are owned by TurkIndustry. Users represent that they hold rights to content they upload.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of user content or commercial outcomes between parties. To the extent permitted by law, indirect damages are excluded.
6. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
7. Automated data collection prohibition
Company profiles, product/service content, and contact details may only be accessed through TurkIndustry in accordance with platform rules for legitimate B2B communication.
Automated data mining via bots, scrapers, crawlers, AI-assisted bulk extraction, or similar tools — including copying, republishing, or transferring data to third-party databases — is strictly prohibited.
If violations are detected, TurkIndustry may restrict access, suspend accounts, block IPs, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
8. Membership, payments, and paid visibility
Paid memberships, advertising, showcase, and sponsored placements are commercial services of the Platform. Current prices and package terms are shown in the company panel or quote process before purchase.
Payments may be processed via iyzico, Stripe, or similar licensed payment providers. The Platform does not take a commission on commercial deals closed between parties via RFQ.
Paid visibility areas are labeled where practical as “ad”, “sponsored”, or “featured” and should be evaluated separately from organic discovery results. See our Commercial Transparency page for details.
