2. Data we collect
We may process name, email, phone, company details, IP address, and usage logs during registration, company profiles, RFQs, messaging, and support.
Contact details on company profiles are served through the platform; exporting them via automated collection methods violates our terms of use.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to provide the service, secure accounts, manage RFQ/messaging flows, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform.
4. Email communications
Transactional emails — registration verification, password reset, RFQ alerts, message notifications, company approval — are sent for contract performance and legitimate interest; separate marketing consent is not required.
Newsletter and campaign emails are sent only after explicit consent and double opt-in confirmation. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Addresses that bounce or generate spam complaints are added to a suppression list; we keep a log but do not send further marketing messages.
5. Transfers and retention
Data may be shared with hosting, email, and payment providers (for example iyzico and/or Stripe) only as necessary for the service and with appropriate safeguards.
Personal data is retained for periods required by law or by the processing purpose.
6. Cookies
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, remembering preferences, and analyzing site usage.
