2. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for membership and verification, company approval workflows, RFQ management, in-platform messaging, billing, security, legal compliance, and user experience improvement.
3. Categories of personal data
Identity and contact data, company information, customer transaction data, security logs, marketing preferences, and payment data (for membership purchases) may be processed.
4. Transfers of personal data
Data may be transferred to hosting, email/SMS, payment, and infrastructure providers, and to public authorities when legally required. Cross-border transfers comply with KVKK requirements.
5. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected through electronic forms, platform usage, cookies, and support channels by automated or partially automated means. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable.
Transactional emails are sent for contract performance; newsletter and campaign emails are sent only with your explicit consent and double opt-in confirmation.
6. Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether data is processed, request information, learn processing purposes, request correction or deletion, and exercise other statutory rights.
You may submit requests in writing or via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) / secure electronic signature where applicable.
7. Platform profile data
Supplier profile information (company name, activities, products/services, location, contact details, etc.) is presented to buyers through the TurkIndustry platform. It may not be collected outside the platform using automated methods.
Unauthorized copying or commercial reuse of profile data may have legal consequences under KVKK and applicable law; access may be blocked in case of violation.
