CF (ConFlat) Vacuum Components
Anadolu Vacuum CF components are manufactured according to ISO 3669. The CF flange (originally called ConFlat) is a sexless design where both flanges are identical. Typical flange materials are stainless steel types 304, 316L, 316LN ESR. All components are 100% leak-tested and have leak rates better than 10−10 mbar·l/s. Standard sizes are NW 16 to 250. Other sizes can be produced on request. The ultra-high vacuum range (UHV) assigns the pressure range <10−8 mbar. To reach and keep up this low pressure range, a very low outgassing rate is required in the vacuum system.
ISO-KF Vacuum Components
ISO-KF standard vacuum components are for fast, reliable vacuum connections. ISO-KF solutions of flanges, fittings, clamps and centering rings offer fast assembly, dependable sealing and broad compatibility across modern vacuum systems. KF components are used in low, medium and high vacuum systems. KF flanges are a sexless design made from stainless steel or aluminium. The seal is an elastomeric O-ring placed in a centering ring that aligns the flanges and holds the O-ring. They are manufactured at Anadolu Vacuum in accordance with DIN 28403 and ISO 2861 in sizes NW10 to NW50; welded parts are helium leak-tested and leak-proof up to 10−9 mbar·l/s.
Custom Vacuum Chambers
Vacuum systems contain multiple components. It is possible to connect vacuum components with detachable pipes or flexible hoses to the flanges on the vacuum chambers. We can design our vacuum chambers in the dimensions you want, include the vacuum components needed in the system, and make special designs for you with our experienced R&D team. Anadolu Vacuum manufactures products meticulously, based on quality production. It meets the high standards of vacuum technology and high degree of sealing with quality and clean production. CNC Machining
At the Anadolu Vacuum Factory, advanced machinery meets disciplined manufacturing. The machine park is built to deliver precision, consistency and dependable quality for both standard vacuum components and custom-engineered solutions. CNC turning capacity is built around high-precision equipment and automated support systems: Nakamura-Tome SC-100X2, DMG CTX 310, Spinner TC800, 2 × Spinner TC400, 2 × Spinner TC600, SMCY (C/Y Axis). Machining for the vacuum and semiconductor industry has been carried out for more than 10 years.
Helium Leak Test
The helium leak test, where we manufacture vacuum components, is part of our manufacturing process. We use helium leak testing to find small leaks or larger leaks in larger volumes. Helium is used as a tracer gas and its concentration is measured. Helium test can be used to determine leakage rates from 1×10−6 mbar·lt/s to 1×10−12 mbar·lt/s. In the vacuum method the inside of the part is vacuumed and helium is sprayed from outside onto welds, flanges, portals and connection points; helium entering through leaks is recorded on the mass spectrometer. In the sniffer method the inside is pressurized with helium and possible leak points are scanned with a sniffer. For the helium leak test service, Multipurpose ASM 340 belonging to Pfeiffer Vacuum is used.
