BRİMAN PIRPOLY product group is used in high-pressure continuous polyurethane production lines. Materials included in this product group are designed by taking into consideration many essential points such as non-flammability, viscosity of the polyol formulation depending on manufacturing machine, reaction profile and mechanical properties of the polyurethane foam. Formulations are prepared according to customer specifications. BRİMAN PIRPOLY group includes the materials of PIR 300-350 index and class B1 conforming to DIN 4102 standard. Products work in high efficiency through Pentane and 141b gases. Systems can be designed with 4 components (Polyol-PMDI-Gas-Catalyst) or 5 components (Polyol-PMDI-Gas-Catalyser-OH Regulator).

BRİMAN SFPOLY product group includes 2-component spray insulation materials having different properties. These products are applied by a high-pressure machine and have free foam density of 12 kg/m3, 22 kg/m3, 28 kg/m3, 40 kg/m3 and 50 kg/m3. The company is the first and only producer and provider of 12 kg/m3 and 22 kg/m3 materials in Turkey. All products in BRİMAN SFPOLY Group are non-flammable B3 and B2 class according to DIN-4102 standards. Depending on aging, coefficient of thermal conductivity has been measured as 0.021–0.038 W/mK. The group is designed with less odour for closed application areas; foam sprayed conforming to technical instructions has 1% maximum shrinkage. For ceiling applications the foam should be sprayed from 1–1.5 meters back while the material temperature is 45°C.

Axys and Onyx mastic surface coatings are applied to asphalt when hairline cracks are just starting; they fill cracks, seal aggregate to the surface and provide waterproofing. In suitable weather the second coat is applied within a maximum of 15–30 minutes and the road returns to traffic quickly.
