Güven Soğutma produces in a modern plant with 23,000 m² indoor area, advanced machinery, engineering infrastructure and more than 150 employees. Raw materials follow the Pressure Equipment Directive and EN 13445-2, using EN 10028 certified traceable steels. Body pipes are produced by Borusan Mannesmann in P355NH with EN 10204 3.1 certification; flat material is P355GH and couplings/flanges P265GH. Cylinders, heads and feet are made on deep-drawing presses under PED Annex I 4.3. All finished products receive 100% pneumatic leak testing; high-pressure groups also undergo burst tests to EN 14276-1.

The process covers plate disassembly, wear/scaling/deformation checks, chemical cleaning of plate surfaces, gasket renewal with original or compatible gaskets when needed, hanger-bar inspection and adjustment, and delivery after system tests. Plate, gasket, heating-element, and anode supply and replacement are part of the service offering. For clean fluids an annual inspection may suffice; for scale or biofilm risk, plate cleaning every 6–12 months is recommended.

Boilers and accumulation tanks should be maintained at least once a year. Parts that need replacement, such as anode rods and heating elements, should be checked regularly and replaced when necessary. Tanpera provides maintenance for systems of its own manufacture as well as for all brands and models. Boiler maintenance steps include corrosion checks, leak checks, anode and coil checks, internal cleaning, and earthing/grounding checks. Process Piping Installation

Process piping is fabricated, installed and commissioned for chemistry, petrochemistry, pharmaceutical and food plants. Acid lines use AISI 316L, 904L, duplex/super duplex and PTFE-lined pipe; steam lines include expansion joints, condensate drainage and insulation; lines at 40 bar and above follow ASME/PED design with hydrostatic testing. Process gas lines (nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, ammonia, SO₂, HCl) and scrubber connections are also included.

On-site TIG/MIG/SMAW welding, passivation, NDT (PT, UT, MT), hydrostatic or pneumatic leak testing and EN 13445, PED, EN ISO 3834-2, API 650/620 references are applied.

Custom Heat Exchanger Design and Fabrication

Heat Exchangers Service

From the customer drawing or from a stated duty, Konuk Isı designs and builds custom heat exchangers to TEMA and ASME Division VIII. Materials are selected with the project team and consulting university staff according to the service. Shell expansion joints are sized to absorb thermal growth during heat transfer. SMAW, TIG and MAG-MIG welds are made by internationally certified welders; EN ISO 3834-2 welding qualification was obtained in 2016. A thermal test laboratory and HTRI/HTFS ratings support the design.

As EGEAY Makina, we establish a fully automated, PLC-controlled turnkey plant for gypsum and cement or ceramic adhesives, joint fillers and surface hardeners. Construction chemicals plants with a capacity of 20-50 tonnes per hour are fully automated; mixers with 2,500–4,000 litres mixing capacity are generally suitable, with larger or smaller mixers used as needed. The plant is usually operated as a double line for gypsum- and cement-based production. In the vertical plant, raw material silos sit at the top of the steel structure; in the pneumatic-transfer plant, silos are at ground level and product is moved by pneumatic conveying. Main machines include dosing and weighing bunkers, bucket elevator, mixer, packaging machine, jet-pulse filter, automatic pallet stretching line, electricity panel and SCADA automation.
