Flat Bottom Silo
Ağaçlı flat-bottom grain storage silos are produced to order with diameters from Ø4.57 m to Ø32 m and capacities from 113 m³ to 25,159 m³. As standard, not optional, 600 g/m² galvanized steel sheet is used for corrosion resistance. Designs take stored-product density, wind load and snow load into account. Body sheets and stiffener legs are designed to distribute silo loads evenly. Grade 10.9 Geomet 500 A bolts are used at connections; strip mastic seals the body-sheet joints.
Hopper Bottom Silo
Ağaçlı hopper-bottom grain silos are used in high-capacity storage and in plants with frequent filling and discharge. Product is transferred from the cone to discharge conveyors without extra equipment; because discharge is above ground, an under-floor tunnel is not required. Diameters range from Ø4.57 m to Ø10.96 m and capacities from 99 m³ to 1,772 m³. Hopper angles of 40°, 45° and 60° are produced according to product flow. Standard production uses 600 g/m² galvanized steel sheet and grade 10.9 Geomet 500 A bolts.
Feed Silo
Feed silos are designed for farms and feed mills, with economical construction, straightforward assembly and easy maintenance. They are produced to order with diameters from Ø1.83 m to Ø3.65 m and capacities from 4 m³ to 110 m³. Hopper angles of 45°, 60° and 67° are offered according to feed flow; 45° hoppers have a 30° roof, while 60° and 67° hoppers have a 40° roof. As standard, 600 g/m² galvanized steel sheet and grade 10.9 Geomet 500 A bolts are used.

Custom Steel Fabrication
The plant has an annual processing capacity of 35,000 tons of high-strength steel. Based in Aksaray, Ağaçlı Silo integrates advanced machinery into every production stage. All silo types use 600 g/m² galvanized sheet on bodies and roofs, versus 450 g/m² commonly used elsewhere, for higher resistance to stored-product damage and corrosion. The industrial plant, commissioned in 2016 with a 100-person specialist team, fabricates steel structures for grain storage and conveying systems.
Grain Storage Plant Installation
Ağaçlı Silo installs the grain storage systems it manufactures at its 100,000 m² Aksaray plant. Reference projects include the Impaz silo plant in Tekirdağ, a 30,000-ton plant for Soyyiğitler in Edirne, a 15,000-ton plant for Beydere Un in Konya Karapınar, and a 110,000-ton storage plant for Mis Un in Amasya. In Konya, AKF Tarım (20,000 tons), Güzel Un (8,000 tons), Censa Tarım and Emin Gül Tarım (22,000 tons) plants were completed in the same scope. Plants combine silos with conveying and aeration equipment.
Grain Conveying Systems
The conveying range covers bucket elevators, chain conveyors, belt conveyors and screws. Bucket elevators lift grain vertically at 32–910 m³/s; a 300 g/m² galvanized bolted steel body, HDPE buckets and belt-slip safety are standard. Flat chain conveyors move grain horizontally at 0° in the 32–910 m³/s range; inclined types work up to 5°, and steep inclined types from 15° to 60°. Discharge screws empty flat-bottom silos through centre and intermediate gates. Bodies are bolt-and-nut assembled.
