As EGEAY Makina, we establish a fully automated, PLC-controlled turnkey plant for gypsum and cement or ceramic adhesives, joint fillers and surface hardeners. Construction chemicals plants with a capacity of 20-50 tonnes per hour are fully automated; mixers with 2,500–4,000 litres mixing capacity are generally suitable, with larger or smaller mixers used as needed. The plant is usually operated as a double line for gypsum- and cement-based production. In the vertical plant, raw material silos sit at the top of the steel structure; in the pneumatic-transfer plant, silos are at ground level and product is moved by pneumatic conveying. Main machines include dosing and weighing bunkers, bucket elevator, mixer, packaging machine, jet-pulse filter, automatic pallet stretching line, electricity panel and SCADA automation.
