The foams are open-cell, antibacterial, with or without perfume, and highly flexible. The fastest manufacturing method in composites: fiberglass or carbon fiber reinforcements are combined with polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy resin and pulled through a heated mold to form a composite profile. The product cures shortly after leaving the mold. There is no length limitation, and any cross-section permitted by the mold can be produced continuously at high strength. The facility has two pultrusion lines that continuously produce profiles with any cross-section up to 1000x600 mm, including linear, radius, and winding options.

The process of winding fiber impregnated with resin onto a rotating mold (mandrel) in a controlled pattern, angle, and thickness. After curing on the mold, the product is removed using a mold separator machine. This method produces high-strength products; UV resistance, hardness, and fire resistance can be enhanced with resin additives. Cylindrical or conical pipes and tubes and other hollow sections can be produced. Fiberglass and carbon fibers with polyester and epoxy resins are used. The facility has a 3-axis CNC filament winding line (L=12 m, Φmax=800 mm) and a 4-axis servo creel CNC filament winding line (L=6 m, Φmax=800 mm).

Every insole process is done in-house: design, mold making, lamination, shaping, label production and insole application. Daily capacity includes 35,000 pairs of E.V.A–P.E. and felt insoles; EVA is shaped in thermoform molds. In TPE/TPU production, granules are melted and cast into the mold under pressure; three colours and softness levels can be combined on one insole, with fabric, leather or foam covering. Requests outside standard foam types are produced to the customer after R&D. Hardness, colour, covering and mold data follow the customer specification.
