Memory PU
Memory polyurethane is obtained by mixing and reacting different raw materials; molding is a technical process. The product has memory, high flexibility, wear resistance and durability, without offensive odor. It is generally produced in blue and can be made in other colours on request. Dense pore structure supports all-day standing comfort. Insoles may be covered with fabric or leather, or left uncoated; hardness, colour and covering follow the customer. It can be combined with gel. The two raw materials are loaded into separate machine tanks, mixed and injected, then molded at a set time and temperature. Free density and reaction time are checked before production; hardness and durability are tested afterwards.
Orthoflex
Chemicals in the required formulation are injected by pumps into a sponge-casting machine with a moving conveyor. Orthoflex polyurethane foams from this line contain 5% recycled rubber. After casting, blocks are cut to the requested thickness and delivered as rolled goods about 30 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. The foams are open-cell, antibacterial, with or without perfume, and highly flexible. Standard ranges: Orthoflex MDI 95±10 kg/m³, Shore C 25±5, thickness 2–20 mm; Orthoflex MDI 80±10 kg/m³, Shore C 20±5, thickness 2–20 mm. Density and hardness are tested. Typical use is as an insole in work shoes.
High Density PU
High-density polyurethane is obtained after mixing raw materials and letting them react. Hardness, colour and covering follow the customer; any colour can be produced. The material is molded into insoles, medical parts, motorcycle protective equipment, mousepads and wristbands. There is no irritating odor. It can be combined with TPU and gel. Raw materials are loaded into separate tanks, pumped to the mixer and cast into the mold; after molding at a set time and temperature the part is demolded. Free density and reaction time are checked before production; hardness and durability are tested on the finished part.

Custom Insole Molding
Every insole process is done in-house: design, mold making, lamination, shaping, label production and insole application. Daily capacity includes 35,000 pairs of E.V.A–P.E. and felt insoles; EVA is shaped in thermoform molds. In TPE/TPU production, granules are melted and cast into the mold under pressure; three colours and softness levels can be combined on one insole, with fabric, leather or foam covering. Requests outside standard foam types are produced to the customer after R&D. Hardness, colour, covering and mold data follow the customer specification.
PU Injection Molding
Daily P.U injection capacity is 60,000 pairs. For memory and high-density polyurethane, raw materials are loaded into separate tanks, mixed with pumps and injected into the mold; after molding at a set time and temperature the part is demolded. Memory PU insoles can be fabric- or leather-covered or uncoated, and can be injected together with gel. High-density PU can be molded with TPU and gel. Free density and reaction time are checked before production; hardness and durability are monitored on test equipment. Mold making is done in the integrated plant.
Foam Casting
The foam line is formed by injecting the formulated chemicals with pumps into a casting machine with a moving conveyor; ambient conditions must meet production standards. After casting, blocks are cut on precision machines to the requested thickness and delivered as rolls about 30 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. Density and hardness tests measure foam quality. Current types: Orthoflex MDI 95±10 and 80±10 kg/m³ (Shore C 25±5 / 20±5, 2–20 mm); recycled MDI 165±20 and 200±20 kg/m³ (Shore C 40±5 / 50±5, 3–20 mm); Memory Foam TDI 95±5 kg/m³ Shore F 85±5, 2–10 mm; PU foam TDI 60±2 kg/m³ Shore C 12±2, 2–20 mm. Colour, perfume and antibacterial options are available; special requests are produced after R&D.
