Gel Insoles and Medical Parts
Medical Components ProductGel is obtained by mixing different raw materials and reacting them at a set temperature. After reaction the structure stays flexible and durable without volume change; the bases are transparent and are coloured and softened to the customer’s request. Medical parts, insoles, foot-care products and mousepads are finished goods; gel also feeds high-density and memory-PU lines as a semi-finished input. High density and controllable flexibility make the parts light and durable.

High-Density PU Insole
Molded Plastics ProductThe range is wide because of the raw-material properties and high-technology machines. High-density polyurethane is used for insoles, medical parts, motorcycle protective equipment, mousepads and wrist rests, with different properties per model. The parts have no disturbing odour; high density gives all-day comfort under the foot and allows long use. Production can integrate TPU or gel and is mould-cast in the customer’s colour.
