Assan Hanil Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a large Turkish automotive supplier established in 1997 to meet the requirements of the automotive industry. Today, the company operates as a solution and development partner for automotive manufacturers through advanced manufacturing technologies, R&D activities and product development capabilities.

Its main product groups include vehicle seating systems, bumper and bumper carrier systems, door panel module systems and instrument panel module systems. The company develops and manufactures seating solutions for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

Assan Hanil's manufacturing capabilities include plastic injection molding with machines ranging from 650 to 3,200 tons of clamping force, high-tonnage presses, robotic assembly systems and automated production lines. Its bumper painting facilities use modern application equipment and RTO systems for emission control.

The company established its R&D Center in 2010 under Turkey's Law No. 5746 and continues to develop technologies related to vehicle lightweighting, composite materials, energy efficiency and next-generation automotive applications.

Assan Hanil operates manufacturing facilities in Kocaeli (Izmit), Bursa (Osmangazi / Demirtaş OSB) and Aksaray. The primary location is in the Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone. Its project history includes production programs for major automotive manufacturers including Ford Otosan, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, AGCO, Karsan, TOGG, Volkswagen and Stellantis.
