Tubing ProductKuzeyboru PE pipes are produced from polyethylene to TS EN 12201-1 and TS EN 12201-2. Diameters run from 20 mm to 1600 mm and pressure classes from SDR41–PN4 to SDR6–PN32. Coils are available up to Ø125 mm; larger sizes are supplied in straight lengths. Typical uses are drinking water, natural gas (PE80/PE100), irrigation, sewage, drainage, industrial lines and marine outfalls.

GRP Pipe and Fittings
Tubing ProductGRP pipes are made at the 64,368 m² Malatya plant by continuous filament winding. Diameters range from 300 mm to 4000 mm; lengths of 12 m and 15 m are produced according to transport limits. The wall is a five-layer structure of glass fibre, thermoset resin and silica sand. Applications include drinking water, sewage, irrigation, marine outfalls, power plants and jacking. Tees, elbows, reducers, flanges and couplings are made in the same plant.

Corrugated Pipe Systems
Tubing ProductCorrugated pipes are produced to TS EN 13476-3 in DN100–1000 with or without sockets, and as steel-reinforced spiral pipe to TSEK-2 in 800–2400 mm. Polyethylene melt flow at 190°C/5 kg is ≤1.6 g/10 min and density ≥930 kg/m³. Ring stiffness per ISO 9969 meets SN4 and SN16. Couplings, elbows, reducers, Y and C fittings, end caps and tees are used on sewer, stormwater and drainage lines.

General PumpsBoosters and fire-fighting pumps are among Sumak Pompa product groups. In pump production, booster and fire-fighting pump are among the machines that give mechanical energy, produced together with submersible and centrifugal. Coupled electric motors and electrical panels are also designed and produced at the same 21,500 m² Dilovası/Kocaeli plant. Products are registered with TSE-TSEK-CE quality documents in accordance with international regulations and standards. They are offered on the domestic market through 880 sales points and a 187 authorized-service network.

Centrifugal PumpIn pump production Sumak Pompa manufactures machines that give mechanical energy: submersible, centrifugal, water motor, water pump, irrigation pump, booster and fire-fighting pump. Energy taken from the drive motor is transferred to the liquid passing through. Centrifugal types split into volute, diffuser and deep-well submersible. All products are produced originally in-house by 185 employees in the 21,500 m² indoor factory in Dilovası/Kocaeli. Product variety 1,740, annual quantity 135,000; TSE-TSEK-CE and TS EN ISO 9001:2015.

General PumpsThe 0.50–75 HP submersible pumps we manufacture and all our other products are TSE certified; we also produce submersible-pump parts in-house. Parts are used in drainage wells, elevator pits, emptying construction excavation areas, wastewater discharge of slightly dirty and turbid waters, and septic pits. Sumak Pompa, among the first two submersible-pump brands in Turkey, is one of the firms that manufacture the most in clean-water and drainage submersibles. Vacuum Pumps ProductBooster vacuum pumps are used as a secondary vacuum pump. Use on their own is not correct. They come into service when the first main pump has reached a certain pressure, to advance faster to high vacuum values. Dry screw vacuum pumps reach high vacuum levels on the order of 10−2 mbar. There are four 100% Italian-made models: Sat.150, Sat.350, Sat.450 and Sat.800. GP-GP/M+Booster packages are published at 5×10−2 mbar / 1×10−2 mbar absolute.

In today’s technologies 0.1 mbar absolute vacuum is obtained with single-stage oil pumps, while two-stage oil pumps can reach 0.001 mbar. The GP-GP/M series runs from 11–13 m3/h (0.55 kW) to 300–360 m3/h (7.5 kW); e.g. GP-GP/M 11 final vacuum 10 mbar–1 mbar / 0.55 kW IE2-3; GP-GP/M 160 160–192 m3/h, 5 mbar–0.1 mbar / 4 kW; GP-GP/M 308 300–360 m3/h, 10 mbar–0.5 mbar / 7.5 kW.

GEV GS and GPR Dry Vacuum Pumps
Vacuum Pumps ProductDry vacuum pumps are ideal for low-pressure applications. GS-series dry carbon-vane pumps GS3, GS6, GS10, GS16, GS25, GS40 and GS100 can run continuously at 150 mbar absolute. Maximum final vacuum of the GS dry series is 100 mbar; the ideal continuous working pressure is 150 mbar. GPR-series dry claw pumps GPR150 and GPR300 can obtain 70 mbar continuously in absolute vacuum. Ex-proof pumps suitable for Zone 1-2 and Zone 20-21-22 are also published on the ATEX oil lines.

EVYP Oil-Lubricated Vacuum Pumps
Vacuum Pumps ProductEVYP oil-lubricated vacuum pumps use an eccentric rotor in a stator. Gas is taken from the top, compressed in vane chambers and separated from oil in a tank; oil returns through a filter. They are coupling-driven, air-cooled, on rubber mounts, with a check valve. Uses: vacuum packing, handling, medical vacuum, tunnelling, wood forming, electronics, food and plastic thermoforming.
