A Graco authorization certificate is held, together with solution partnerships and distributorship agreements for paint machines.

Cylindrical conservator tanks for oil expansion volume. Material grade S235JR; sheet thickness 3–6 mm; dimension range Ø300 – Ø900 mm; compatible rating 50–2500 kVA. Surface preparation abrasive blasting Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1); coating epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat, dry film thickness 120 µm. Tests: leak test 0.5 bar / 24 hours, vacuum 1 mbar, coating thickness measurement. Standards: EN 10025-2, ISO 8501-1, IEC 60076, ISO 9001.

ADESS designs and manufactures process packages for oil and gas, petrochemical and power facilities, and fabricates tanks, piping assemblies and custom process equipment for industrial oil and water treatment. Stainless process equipment includes stainless steel tanks, mixers, reactors and custom process vessels designed to each project’s process conditions. Delivery covers skid assembly, modular packaging and on-site installation. Units are shop-prefabricated with welding, NDT and hydrostatic testing before dispatch.

Heat Transfer Equipment

Shell and tube heat exchangers, water bath heaters and air-cooled heat exchangers (ACHE) for oil and gas, petrochemical, power and industrial applications. Equipment is designed according to process conditions such as pressure, temperature, flow rate and required thermal performance. Fabrication includes TEMA R, C and B class designs, ASME Section VIII Div. 1 plus U Stamp, PED 2014/68/EU and CE, shell-and-tube, U-tube and fixed tubesheet types, tube-to-tubesheet expansion and welding, HTRI thermal and hydraulic design software, and pickling and passivation with citric, nitric and phosphoric acid. Shell-and-tube units are offered as fixed tubesheet, floating tubesheet and U-tube; water bath heaters heat natural gas and other process fluids indirectly; ACHE units can be designed to ASME and API 661 with finned or bare tube bundles, plug or cover-plate headers and fan and drive systems. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper alloys and duplex and super duplex.

Pressure Vessels & Columns

Custom-built pressure vessels, columns and towers — from large-scale process towers to reactors, separators and storage vessels, designed to international standards. ADESS GROUP provides solutions for key process equipment, ranging from large-scale towers and columns to various types of pressure vessels. Fabrication follows ASME Section VIII Division 1, API standards (API 650, API 660, etc.), PED 2014/68/EU and CE requirements, in atmospheric, low-pressure and high-pressure designs. Project requirements can include radiographic testing up to 100%, PMI, pickling and passivation, heat treatment and stress relieving, internal pipe coils, pressure-vessel mechanical design software and AutoCAD Mechanical. Vertical Liquid Receivers

Liquid receivers are used to accommodate fluctuations in the system and in ambient temperatures. On the high-pressure side they act as a cushion between liquid and hot gas, prevent hot gas from reaching the evaporator and allow liquid in the circuit to settle. They are also used to collect and store refrigerant when service is required. Receivers are manufactured from 0.5 L to 1000 L in accordance with CE 2014/68/EU [PED]. They are installed on the high-pressure side of the refrigeration circuit, at the condenser outlet. In the GVN VLR vertical range, an example rating is 33 bar maximum working pressure, 1 litre volume, Ø89 mm shell, ODS 1/4 in connection, HCFC, HFC, R290 and R717 refrigerants, and -20°C to +130°C operating temperature.

Helical Oil Separators

Helical oil separators separate oil from discharge gas and return it effectively to the compressor, keeping crankcase oil level and reducing excess oil circulation to raise system efficiency. They are designed for low-pressure oil management and can be used in many systems and with multiple compressors. The internal spiral and stainless filter are more efficient than conventional separators. The gas/oil mix is moved by centrifugal force along the helix so oil particles hit the wall and collect in the bottom chamber. They are designed for scroll and reciprocating compressors; use with screw and rotary compressors is not recommended. A GVN OS.H example is rated 45 bar maximum working pressure, 2.5 L volume, Ø102 mm, ODS 5/8 in, HCFC, HFC, R290, R717 and R-410A, PED CAT.I/CAT.II, -20°C to +130°C.

Suction Line Accumulators

Suction line accumulators are installed between the evaporator and the compressor. They hold liquid refrigerant so the compressor does not ingest liquid and only vapour is sent on. A U-tube and tube-in-tube design is used for maximum refrigerant flow and minimum oil hold-up: vapour is drawn from the top while oil and liquid collected in the vessel return through a hole in the return tube with the gas. Heat-exchanger accumulators are used when evaporation temperature is very low. They are recommended for parallel compressors, transport refrigeration, two-stage systems, hot-gas defrost, container cooling, long lines, reverse cycle, heat pumps and flooded evaporators. Hold-up capacity should not be below 50% of system charge; 50–70% is advised. A GVN SLA example is 33 bar maximum working pressure, 1.7 L, Ø114 mm, ODS 1/2 in, HCFC, HFC, R290 and R717, PED CAT.I/CAT.II, -20°C to +130°C.

Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger

Tanpera Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers increase the heat transfer coefficient through turbulence on the plate surfaces while delivering high capacity in compact dimensions. Gasketed or welded design options are selected according to fluid compatibility and operating pressure. Plates are typically manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel; for aggressive fluids, titanium or special alloys are used. Gasket materials are selected as EPDM, NBR, or Viton according to fluid temperature and chemistry. Thanks to the modular plate pack, capacity can be increased or reduced in a controlled manner on site. Applications include HVAC, food and beverage pasteurization, chemical and petrochemical processes, and energy recovery.

Spiral Heat Exchangers

Tanpera Spiral Heat Exchangers provide reliable heat transfer for fluids with high solids content such as sludge, wastewater, pulp, high-viscosity hydrocarbons, and fiber-laden liquids. Channel height can be designed in the 6–50 mm range, suitable for continuous operation with dirty fluids. Single-piece or openable body options offer ease of maintenance and cleaning. Channels and body are typically AISI 304/316 stainless steel; duplex or special alloys are used for aggressive chemicals. Typical sectors are pulp and paper, wastewater heating, chemical processes, food production, and marine. Manufactured at the Gebze Free Zone facility.

Buffer Thermal Balance Tank

A buffer thermal balance tank adds water volume to a cooling circuit and reduces temperature swings. Tanpera BF tanks are delivered in the 100–5000 litre range, insulated and with flanged connections. The shell is carbon steel or stainless steel; insulated models minimise heat loss. In chilled-water applications the tank increases system water volume; a baffle plate matched to the volume supports homogeneous distribution and air separation. It provides hydraulic balance on chiller and heat-pump circuits and is recommended for data-centre cooling, central chiller plants, and industrial process cooling. Delivered with an insulated shell and double-layer anti-corrosion protection.

Refkar Shell & Tube evaporators are used in industrial and air-conditioning chillers. Custom Pressure Vessel Manufacturing

Besides standard GVN catalogue items, project-specific refrigeration pressure vessels are manufactured to customer requirements. Güven Soğutma produces in a modern plant with 23,000 m² indoor area, advanced machinery, engineering infrastructure and more than 150 employees. Raw materials follow the Pressure Equipment Directive and EN 13445-2, using EN 10028 certified traceable steels. Body pipes are produced by Borusan Mannesmann in P355NH with EN 10204 3.1 certification; flat material is P355GH and couplings/flanges P265GH. Cylinders, heads and feet are made on deep-drawing presses under PED Annex I 4.3. All finished products receive 100% pneumatic leak testing; high-pressure groups also undergo burst tests to EN 14276-1.

Plate Heat Exchanger Maintenance

Tanpera offers professional maintenance on site or in the workshop for every heat exchanger brand and model — especially Tanpera, Danfoss, and Sondex. The process covers plate disassembly, wear/scaling/deformation checks, chemical cleaning of plate surfaces, gasket renewal with original or compatible gaskets when needed, hanger-bar inspection and adjustment, and delivery after system tests. Plate, gasket, heating-element, and anode supply and replacement are part of the service offering. For clean fluids an annual inspection may suffice; for scale or biofilm risk, plate cleaning every 6–12 months is recommended.

Boiler and Accumulation Tank Maintenance

Boilers and accumulation tanks should be maintained at least once a year. Parts that need replacement, such as anode rods and heating elements, should be checked regularly and replaced when necessary. Tanpera provides maintenance for systems of its own manufacture as well as for all brands and models. Boiler maintenance steps include corrosion checks, leak checks, anode and coil checks, internal cleaning, and earthing/grounding checks.
