Tanpera Spiral Heat Exchangers provide reliable heat transfer for fluids with high solids content such as sludge, wastewater, pulp, high-viscosity hydrocarbons, and fiber-laden liquids. Channel height can be designed in the 6–50 mm range, suitable for continuous operation with dirty fluids. Single-piece or openable body options offer ease of maintenance and cleaning. Channels and body are typically AISI 304/316 stainless steel; duplex or special alloys are used for aggressive chemicals. Typical sectors are pulp and paper, wastewater heating, chemical processes, food production, and marine. Manufactured at the Gebze Free Zone facility.

Tanpera Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers increase the heat transfer coefficient through turbulence on the plate surfaces while delivering high capacity in compact dimensions. Gasketed or welded design options are selected according to fluid compatibility and operating pressure. Plates are typically manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel; for aggressive fluids, titanium or special alloys are used. Gasket materials are selected as EPDM, NBR, or Viton according to fluid temperature and chemistry. Thanks to the modular plate pack, capacity can be increased or reduced in a controlled manner on site. Applications include HVAC, food and beverage pasteurization, chemical and petrochemical processes, and energy recovery.

A buffer thermal balance tank adds water volume to a cooling circuit and reduces temperature swings. Tanpera BF tanks are delivered in the 100–5000 litre range, insulated and with flanged connections. The shell is carbon steel or stainless steel; insulated models minimise heat loss. In chilled-water applications the tank increases system water volume; a baffle plate matched to the volume supports homogeneous distribution and air separation. It provides hydraulic balance on chiller and heat-pump circuits and is recommended for data-centre cooling, central chiller plants, and industrial process cooling. Delivered with an insulated shell and double-layer anti-corrosion protection.

Konuk Isı air-cooled heat exchangers are designed for severe service; each part is reviewed by engineering, welding and quality staff. The package comprises finned-tube bundles, fan stacks, driven axial fans and a steel structure; walkways and louvers can be added. L-fin wraps an aluminium strip in an L shape onto the tube, with a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C. Extruded B-fin aluminium tubes are rated to 300 °C and embedded G-fin to 400 °C. Welded bonnet headers have a maximum design pressure of about 100 bar; removable-cover headers allow cleaning and maintenance. Aluminium fins are light and corrosion resistant; galvanized steel tubes add mechanical toughness.

In a closed-circuit cooling tower the process coolant flows through a galvanized, stainless or copper tube coil; spray water and axial fans reject the heat. Isolating the process fluid from ambient air keeps contaminants out and reduces cleaning. Coils are pneumatically leak-tested underwater at 15 bar to PED 97/23/EC and then hot-dip galvanized. The structure uses Z-725 g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel. Fans have adjustable extruded aluminium blades; motors are 1.1–45 kW, 4/6/8 pole, IP55–IP65, 400 V standard. Free-cooling in winter and inverter control of pumps and fans cut energy use.
