Roof Systems

Roof systems for trapezoidal and sandwich roofs are fastened with standard roof screws. Rails and clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; fasteners stainless A2-70; brackets stainless 304 and aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; sealing is EPDM. Module orientation is landscape or portrait. On-roof aluminium supply is 1,500 tons per month, processing EN-AW-6060, EN-AW-6063 and EN-AW-6082 with T5 and T6 heat treatment, for roof integration, waterproofing, aerodynamic design and quick installation.

STA Self Weight

STA Self Weight is installed on roofs with panels angled at 5–15 degrees in an east/west and south orientation. It is a self-supporting system that does not require additional weight; it allows for easy installation. It is manufactured from aluminium. Installation is practical and straightforward, and transport is ergonomic.

H55A

H55A is a panel mounting profile for sandwich and trapezoidal coated roofs, applied perpendicular to the corrugation direction. Profile length is produced as full length or piece; layout can be horizontal or vertical, and the joint element is screw or rivet. It provides 5.5 cm panel mounting height from the top of the corrugation and is mounted using a square nut. It is an advantageous system in terms of price/performance.

Assan Kenet

Assan Kenet is applied on standing-seam sandwich panel and standing-seam trapezoidal sheet roofs, perpendicular or parallel to the corrugation direction. Profile length is standing-seam clamp plus rail, or clamp only; layout is horizontal or vertical, and the joint element is the standing-seam clamp. It can be mounted by clamping with fittings suitable for all standing-seam roof brands. In vertical layouts the clamp and rail are used together; in horizontal layouts the clamp alone can be used if preferred. The lockable fibre-nut system provides a safer solution under static loads.

Roof-top Solar Mounting Systems

Roof-top solar mounting systems are produced for flat, trapezoid and tile roofs. SM16 is a flat roof aluminum mounting system fixed by the ballast system; it is used for PV projects on large and small-sized roofs and does not require any fastener for installation. SM17 is a trapezoid roof aluminum mounting system. SM18 is a tile roof steel and aluminum mounting system. The systems are produced with advanced machinery and equipment. The high-level engineering design provides assembly and cost advantages.

Thickness 1.2–2 mm; Ix 0.84 cm⁴. Pregalvanized unit weight is 0.88 kg/m at 1.20 mm, 1.08 kg/m at 1.50 mm and 1.41 kg/m at 2.00 mm.
