Roof Systems
Roof systems for trapezoidal and sandwich roofs are fastened with standard roof screws. Rails and clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; fasteners stainless A2-70; brackets stainless 304 and aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; sealing is EPDM. Module orientation is landscape or portrait. On-roof aluminium supply is 1,500 tons per month, processing EN-AW-6060, EN-AW-6063 and EN-AW-6082 with T5 and T6 heat treatment, for roof integration, waterproofing, aerodynamic design and quick installation.
Carport Systems
Carport systems for commercial or residential use are made of black steel with HDG or static powder coating, sized from site load conditions. Modules may be landscape or portrait and are compatible with varied PV panels. The structure supports EV charging, vehicle protection, waterproofing and cable management channels. Steel supply is up to 4,000 tons per month, supporting up to 100 MWp for ground and carport mounting, with quick installation and optional colours.
Ground Systems
Ground-mounted systems are fastened by ramming, drilling or assembling on concrete, with landscape or portrait module orientation. Piles, beams and purlins are Magnelis, PosMAC or black sheet with HDG. Fasteners are stainless A2-70, Geomet or electro-galvanized; clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6. C, U, Z, Sigma C+ and Sigma+ sections are produced with up to 4,000 tons of steel per month for ground optimization, wind and snow resistance and modular expansion.
Services
Solar Installation Engineering
Solar mounting components are tailored to each project to improve system performance, ensure panel compatibility and make installation faster. Design and structural analysis follow applicable international standards; tailor-made technical studies match site requirements. Platform design, detailed technical drawings with component specifications and static calculations sit in the same engineering workflow. Production is supplied in EN 1090-certified facilities with traceability from raw material procurement to final installation.
Custom Steel Profile Fabrication
Up to 4,000 tons of steel per month is processed for ground and carport solar mounting, on over 10 roll-form lines plus an in-house slitting line. Manufacturable sections are C, U, Z, Sigma C+ and Sigma+. Materials processed are black sheet, pre-galvanized, Magnelis and Posmac. Production runs in EN 1090-certified facilities with traceability from raw material procurement to final installation. Carport structures use HDG or static powder coating, with multiple colour options.
Structural Analysis & Static Calculations
Each phase of design and structural analysis is carried out to remain in full compliance with applicable international standards. Every solar mounting system is custom-engineered to the project site; static calculations validate performance and safety. The engineering team checks structural integrity, safety and long-term durability. Load conditions are calculated from the area; wind and snow resistance are stated as ground-system advantages.
