E-Line CCR Cast Resin Busbar
E-Line CCR is an aluminium-housed cast resin busbar system rated 600A–6300A. It is used to carry high currents on transformer-to-switchboard connections, rising mains and factory power distribution, and in outdoor, gallery, chemical plant, harbour and tunnel applications. Aluminium housing covers the DUROCOMP composite made from specially selected pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin, insulating the busbar from external elements. It complies with IEC 61439-6, offers outdoor IP68 protection, is corrosion- and chemical-resistant, and is compatible with E-Line KX modules.
E-Line KX Compact Busbar
E-Line KX Series Compact Busbar Systems are used in horizontal and vertical energy distribution and transmission in Bolt-on (supply from the junctures) and Plug-in (from window points on the busbar housing and the junctures) types. They provide energy transmission and distribution at 400A–6300A with tin-plated aluminium or copper busbar conductors. The housing is extruded aluminium, RAL 7038 electrostatic painted; conductors are insulated with Class B polyester film and epoxy coating. Protection degree is IP55 standard and IP65/67 optional. KXB tap-off boxes are 160/250/400/630/800 and 1000A bolt-on; KXP tap-off boxes are 160–630A plug-in.
E-Line UK Pre-Galvanized Cable Tray
Pre-galvanized cable trays are manufactured in light/heavy duty types to TSE and ISO 10143. Standard length is 3 m. They are designed to carry cable installations in indoor areas of plants and buildings. The pre-galvanized cable support system is suitable for dry indoor environments. Tray sizes include 40, 50, 60 and 75 mm side heights and 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm widths.

BIM Building Information Modelling and Revit Library
BIM is a collaborative way of working that facilitates early supply chain involvement, underpinned by digital technologies which unlock more effective methods of designing, creating and maintaining assets. BIM provides a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of an asset to support reliable decision making and management of information during its life-cycle. EAE Electric provides the support needed for BIM objects used in overall project design, including Autodesk Revit plug-ins and an interior installation solutions library.
Solar Plant Installation Engineering
EAE can design and manufacture project-specific solutions for domestic and international renewable-energy projects. Experienced EAE engineers create project-based solutions; dedicated software produces accurate bills of materials, with static calculation and reporting via SAP 2000 and INVENTOR. Factory delivery is typically 3–4 weeks; an emergency production team can supply site needs within 48 hours. Mounting systems are produced for ground (driven and concrete), membrane roof and carport applications.
Project Engineering, Site Survey and Installation Supervision
Experienced EAE engineers design and create project-specific solutions. Dedicated software is used for practical, fast project design with accurate bills of materials; static calculation and reporting are available with SAP 2000 and INVENTOR. Comprehensive technical product consultancy is offered for customer-specific solutions and technical design. Experienced EAE teams provide on-site plant measurement, installation supervision and testing.
