It serves heavy machinery, machine tools, construction, plaster and crusher industries with about 200 tonnes monthly casting capacity. Moulding uses an ATM dual-arm mixer, cores a single-arm mixer; melting uses 2 t and 3 t furnaces. About 90% of sand is reclaimed mechanically and thermally.

Hanging continuous and hanging blast machines clean castings; moulding sand is checked with laboratory sand analysis equipment.

In sand casting, molten metal fills the sand mould cavity and is removed after cooling to reproduce the original design.
