Iron Casting ServiceMelting is on induction furnaces of 2×1 t/h. Annual casting capacity is 1,800 tonnes. A 90,000 m³/h filter system ventilates furnaces and the shop. Piece weight is 1–50 kg in ductile and grey iron.

Spectral and Metallographic Testing
Iron Casting ServicePre-pour spectral analysis of the melt and post-cast metallographic and mechanical tests are applied. Pattern design, casting simulation and moulding-sand tests are also part of the process. The aim is that products cover all technical features of the original parts.

Sand Casting ServiceKılavuz can make patterns and process parts from customer drawings. Grey iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless, bronze and aluminium are then cast from 1 to 5,000 kg. Production at İMES follows applicable national and international standards.
