CNC Machining ServiceThe machining plant processes complex castings to tight tolerances with horizontal and vertical CNC machining centres, horizontal and vertical CNC lathes and multi-axis turning centres. On 4,604 m², an average of 7,600 tonnes of castings are machined per year. Machined parts are cleaned in an automatic washing and drying machine to micron-level particle and mg-level cleanliness standards.

Cataphoresis (KTL) Coating
Coatings ServiceThe cataphoresis process runs with 15 immersion baths and two robotic systems. Bar dimensions are 90x170x180 cm and the cataphoresis bath has a volume of 15 m³; capacity is 25 bars per shift (12,870,000 kg/year). The laboratory performs gloss, dry film thickness, salt spray, corrosion cycle, pencil hardness, impact and adhesion, flexibility and humidity resistance tests.

Contract Sand Casting Service
Sand Casting ServiceGrey iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel and aluminium sand casting is carried out to customer requirements in two foundries in Bursa and Bozüyük. The foundry is equipped to supply complex cored castings, and casting simulations are run according to customer needs to identify possible defects and critical points. The Bozüyük plant has 5 induction furnaces, 2 sand mixers, a reclamation unit, a shot blasting station, a heat treatment furnace, 5 overhead cranes and a metallography laboratory, focusing on large-scale castings.

Casting & Foundry Services
Sand Casting ServiceAutomatic moulding, hand moulding, investment casting, shell moulding, chemically bonded (furan resin) sand moulding and semi-automatic moulding are applied depending on customer requirements. Automatic moulding produces parts between 1,0 kg and 60 kg at a typical rate of 140 moulds per hour, with 700 x 600 mm mould size and 0,15 mm typical tolerance. Chemically bonded sand moulding with moulds up to 1.600 x 1.200 mm serves extra-large or high-strength castings.

Resin Sand Moulding and Heavy Casting Production
Sand Casting ServiceLarge products up to 3000x4000x1200 mm are moulded using a resin sand preparation mixer with a capacity of 10 tons/hour. Moulds are coated with refractory wash in a dedicated coating machine. Smaller jobs are hand moulded in synthetic sand, and the core shop produces Cold Box, CO2 and resin-bonded cores with a 6 tons/hour mixer.

Sand Casting ServiceCasting production using shell sand, resin sand, CO₂ process and sand moulding methods. Cores are produced on shell, CO₂ and hot core machines; cast parts are cleaned in the cleaning unit, grinding machines and finishing grinding stations. Material quality is monitored on the spectrometer metal analysis line.
