Products
Jaw Crushers (CK Series)
Stationary jaw crushers with a welded steel body stress-relieved after welding, a heat-treated alloy forged main shaft and monoblock bearing housings. The cast flywheel, pulley and hard alloy steel jaw wear plates are produced in the Burçelik foundry. Models CK60 to CK160 cover feed openings from 610 x 380 mm to 1600 x 1200 mm, motor power of 30-250 kW and capacities up to 1050 t/h depending on model and setting; hydraulic CSS adjustment is available on CK 110 and some CK 140 models.
Impact Crushers (CP Series)
CP Series impact crushers used as primary and secondary crushers, producing cubical material with high reduction ratios; they are among Burçelik's most exported crushers, mainly to Western Europe. The body opens hydraulically, impact aprons are hinged and an overload protection device is fitted; internal surfaces are lined with Hardox 400. Models CP-110 to CP-200 offer motor power of 75-400 kW, weights of 13,600-40,000 kg and maximum feed size up to 1300 mm.
Cone Crushers (CC Series)
Cone crushers developed for crushing hard and abrasive streambed and quarry materials. Crushing adjustment is made via PLC and hydraulics; hydraulic relief with a gas accumulator discharges uncrushable material, and forged steel shafts are ultrasonically inspected. Models CC1A-CC4A offer motor power of 90-315 kW, feed size up to 299 mm and a minimum setting of 6 mm; wear parts are produced in the Burçelik foundry and automatic lubrication is applied.
Services
Steel and Iron Casting (Molding & Melting)
Project-based medium and large castings produced with an Alphaset resin molding system with continuous sand mixers and three molding lines of 5 t/h, 15 t/h and 30 t/h. Melting is done in induction furnaces, with 35 tons gross liquid metal capacity and top- and bottom-pouring ladles. Material groups are carbon, alloy, stainless and manganese steels, plus gray, ductile and white cast iron.
Heat Treatments
The Burçelik foundry applies normalizing, quenching, tempering, stress relieving and annealing heat treatments to castings. Technical capacity covers a Ø4300 mm heat treatment diameter, air and water cooling and a 120-ton quenching pool. Heat treatment is carried out under the same roof as casting, machining and quality control.
Machining and Welded Fabrication
Machining of large parts with 55 tons of lifting capacity. The CNC boring mill (Bohrwerk) handles 20-ton workpieces with 3000 / 2400 / 2500 mm X/Y/Z travel; the NC vertical lathe handles 55 tons and Ø6600 × 400 mm, and the CNC vertical lathe 20 tons and Ø4300 × 2100 mm. CNC oxy-fuel cutting goes up to 300 mm thickness on a 3500 × 14500 mm table, and submerged arc welding up to 400 mm diameter and 300 mm wall thickness.
