Acid Tanks
Process / Storage TankSpecial stainless steel acid tanks are manufactured for corrosive chemicals such as sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric and nitric acid used in chemistry, petrochemistry, fertilizer and metal processing. Tanks are produced from AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L and duplex stainless steel, from 500 litres to 100 tons, in vertical or horizontal layouts with insulation, agitators and heating/cooling jackets. Welding is TIG/MIG to approved WPS/PQR procedures, with NDT (PT, RT, UT), hydrostatic leak testing and EN 13445 / PED / ASME compliance.

Agitated Tank / ReactorChemical, process, agitated and pressure reactors are manufactured for chemistry, pharmaceutical, petrochemistry, food and cosmetics. Capacities run from 100 litres to 50 m³ in AISI 304, 316L, 316Ti, 904L and duplex stainless steel for high temperature, pressure, vacuum and aggressive media.
