A multi-purpose mixer designed for various mixing operations in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and similar industries. Dimensions and power can change according to the product to be mixed. The mixer has a heating and cooling jacket; heating can optionally be done with resistances, hot oil or steam. The machine has a minimum of two agitators and the number can be raised to four according to the product. With the special bearing and head-lifting mechanism the top cover separates from the tank and the vessel can rotate 100 degrees so the mixed product can be taken out. On tilting-vessel systems the maximum vessel volume is 600 litres. A vacuum unit, mechanical seal, bottom homogenizer and PLC-controlled touch-screen process control can be added as options.

ARM METAL manufactures ribbon mixers used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cleaning industries to customer requirements and the relevant specifications. The whole mixer, or the product-contact parts, is AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. Agitator blades are designed for the product and can be removed and refitted. Product discharge is at the bottom or the side. The machine has a safety system, a run-time clock and an electrical control panel. A tilting mixer body, liquid spray system, frequency converter and a side turbine agitator can be added as options. Powder and granule mixers are built to European safety norms and are CE certified.

Rotary Autoclave

The rotary autoclave is manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel and operates at 20 bar and 180 degrees. It is used for homogeneous mixing and cooking of the products inside. Design and manufacture follow the EN 13445 directives and CE certification processes. It is built together with the chassis that houses the drive unit and riding rings, and assembly is completed with the unit. Power transmission in the drive is achieved through a steel coupling and a pinion and lantern gear.

Together we define furnace size, heating type (electric resistance or natural-gas burner; radiant-tube indirect heating on gas models) and control system from your part, process and capacity needs. PID automatic control, proportional heating, optional PLC/thyristor control and process recorder are specified in the project. Each furnace is designed for your part geometry, material and cycle for manufacture at the Ikitelli workshop; size, capacity and heating are adapted to the requirement.

Installation and Commissioning

Furnaces Service

We install the furnace at your plant, make gas and electrical connections and commission it to your process. After steel structure, refractory insulation, burner or resistance system and control panel are built at our Ikitelli workshop, on-site assembly is completed. Door and loading options (rope/geared-motor, hydraulic or pneumatic vertical doors; hinged door and top-opening lid) are commissioned to suit your process. Turnkey installation is carried out by EMTAV.

Delivery is not the end of the service. Since 1993 EMTAV also maintains the furnaces it installed and supplies spare parts: periodic maintenance, breakdown service, refractory renewal, modernisation and spare-part supply. After-sales support covers burner and gas control lines, resistances, insulation materials and control components. Continuity of service is offered as a single contact for furnaces operating in more than twenty Turkish provinces and abroad.
