Spot Welding Electrodes

Spot welding electrodes need high electrical conductivity, thermal stability and deformation resistance to join sheet metals at defined points. Roof Walkway

The roof walkway is designed to provide safe access on roof surfaces; its special pattern prevents slipping and it is mounted to standing-seam sheet ribs with a dedicated fixture. It is designed for all weather conditions and corrosion resistance. It is manufactured in lengths of 100–3000 mm and heights of 50–150 mm in stainless steel (SS304), hot-dip galvanized steel (S235JR) and pregalvanized steel (DX51D+Z). Typical use is sandwich panel and trapezoidal sheet roofing.

Custom piping spools and skid systems for power, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries, shop pre-fabricated to reduce field welding and site costs. ADESS manufactures piping spools according to customer drawings, piping specifications and applicable international standards. Capabilities include process and equipment skids, flanged and welded assemblies, welding and NDT, hydrostatic testing, surface treatment and painting, ASME B31.1 / B31.3, automated and manual welding (GTAW/SMAW), isometric and spool drawings, and pickling and passivation. The verification cycle covers fit-up and dimensional control, weld NDT (RT/UT), PMI and pressure testing. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex and super duplex.

Galvanized tube and square profiles run to TS EN 10219 / TS EN 10305-5; slitting supplies the matching width and thickness. Boyçelik’s Steel Service Centre cut-to-length sheets sit alongside the pipe-profile mill. About states pipe-profile capacity was raised to 120,000 t/year in 2015; sheet feeds furniture, automotive, appliances and construction. Lengths follow the customer order and are traced from incoming coil to finished piece in SAP ERP.
