Aluminum Bronze Bushings and Bearing Parts
As an AS9100 approved facility, Albaksan produces aluminum bronze bushings, bearings and related structural parts for aerospace and marine use. Alloys for landing gears, aircraft bushes/bearings, rocket nozzle copper bodies, diesel pump bodies, flanges and cutless bearings are delivered forged, cast and CNC-machined to customer specifications.
Seam Welding Discs
Albaksan manufactures seam welding discs from high-conductivity copper and bronze alloys for automotive, white goods, defense and heavy industry lines. The discs deliver wear resistance and dimensional stability under high temperature and continuous contact; they are produced in OEM-compatible, project-specific tolerances using alloys such as AC1Z, AN3S and AB4.
Spot Welding Electrodes
Spot welding electrodes need high electrical conductivity, thermal stability and deformation resistance to join sheet metals at defined points. Albaksan produces electrodes, holder arms, adapters and connection parts from high-conductivity copper-bronze alloys, aiming for an optimal hardness–conductivity balance, long cycle life and low maintenance on OEM lines.

Open and Closed Die Forging
Group plants offer open-die forging, closed-die forging, extrusion press and ring rolling. Forged rings reach Dia. 1000 mm, full discs Dia. 900 mm, bars Dia. 350 mm, squares 350×350 mm and rectangulars 100×500 mm. With quenching and aging furnaces, mechanical properties are set to customer requirements.
Copper and Bronze Casting
Albaksan operates vertical semi-continuous casting, sand casting and centrifugal casting. Centrifugal castings reach up to Dia. 1270 mm and sand castings up to 1.5 tons per piece. Process engineers select alloys and methods so metallurgical, mechanical and physical properties meet the customer’s demanding product flow.
CNC Machining
Albaksan delivers finished or assembled copper-bronze parts to customer drawings on CNC horizontal/vertical lathes and 5-axis milling machines. UT, mechanical, microstructure and dye-penetration tests are performed in house; EN 10204 3.1/3.2 and GL certification are available on request, with stock and logistics for urgent delivery.
