Solar-Ready Capped Sandwich Panel System
On solar-capped sandwich-panel roofs the module is fixed on the cap form. Cap height, width, sheet thickness and insulation density differ by panel brand, so a matching clamp is required. The Fixus cap-compatible system uses a seating face matched to the cap, a wide contact area, high pull-out connection, EPDM sealing and corrosion-resistant materials. H80 Type A Purlin Profile
FX-1006-A Type A purlin (mounting feet) h80mm is an aluminium solar mounting rail chosen by EPC firms. Dimensions: height 80mm, wing width 18mm, foot width 20mm. It is used on standard sandwich-panel roofs in portrait or landscape layout. Material is Al6063 series; slope 0°-60°. With 27mm corrugation depth + 80mm profile + 35/40mm module frame, height from corrugation bottom is 142mm / 147mm. The profile can be supplied as cut pieces or full lengths.
Sandwich Panel Roof System (FIX-SP)
FIX-SP is a mounting structure made for sandwich-panel roofs. Rails are 6063 T6 aluminium; fasteners are Ss 304 stainless or hot-dip galvanized steel. Install location: sandwich panel; tilt 10°-60°; roof height max. 20m; wind < 60m/s; snow

Engineering Support

On capped sandwich-panel jobs the module datasheet and panel section are reviewed, screw pull-out capacity and wind load are checked, and the matching mounting hardware is selected.
Project-Specific Design
Fixus designs project-specific mounting solutions as a boutique service. The stated workflow is to define needs, produce the correct design and quote a matching price. For sandwich-panel roof PV, hardware is designed to the panel brand and section, including custom answers for corrugation dimensions. For flat roofs, the ballast or penetrating system is designed and manufactured to the agreed tilt and module size at minimum tolerance.
After-Sales Installation Support
FIX-SP, FIX-TS and FIX-FLAT OD product pages state that Fixus provides after-sales installation support. On the single-tilt flat-roof system, modules are mounted on roofs or ground; ballast or penetrating (stud) fixing is chosen with the customer. On trapezoidal sheet roofs the purlin is fixed from the sides with the Braketfix bracket and self-drilling screws. H60 and H80 profile heights are offered for trapezoidal roofs.
