Operating on a total area of 110,300 m² (64,000 m² covered and 46,300 m² open) in two plants — Pipe-Profile and Steel Wire-Spring — with more than 500 staff, Boyçelik exports to 66 countries including Europe, the United States, Turkic republics, the Middle East and North Africa. In 2015 it raised pipe-profile capacity to 120,000 t/year and steel-wire capacity to 100,000 t/year.

Steel wire
Steel wire drawn at Boyçelik’s Wire-Spring plant from 1.20 mm to 5.00 mm is supplied to mattress, furniture, textile, automotive and industrial spring makers. Coil weights at dispatch range from 100 kg to 900 kg, with production in the quality bands requested by the customer. Coils ship on cardboard cores, strapped and packed against rust and impact.
CPS Cell Pocket System
Standard pocket spring unit
Pocket springs, each sleeved in its own nonwoven, act independently for sleep and seating comfort. Coils can be barrel, cylindrical or other shapes, and different wire diameters can be zoned in one unit. Boyçelik pocket units offer about twice the spring count and three times the compression resistance of other spring systems, with independent motion that isolates partner movement.

Cut-to-length steel sheet
Boyçelik’s Steel Service Centre cut-to-length sheets sit alongside the pipe-profile mill. About states pipe-profile capacity was raised to 120,000 t/year in 2015; sheet feeds furniture, automotive, appliances and construction. Lengths follow the customer order and are traced from incoming coil to finished piece in SAP ERP.
Slit steel strip
Slit strip from the steel service centre feeds the pipe-profile and wire-spring lines. Galvanized tube and square profiles run to TS EN 10219 / TS EN 10305-5; slitting supplies the matching width and thickness. Dispatch uses the same strapped, rust-resistant packing practice as other Boyçelik coils.
