Custom brackets and connectors include precision CNC-machined or die-cast aluminum brackets, gussets, corner plates and structural connectors. Shape, hole pattern and finish (anodized, powder-coated or mill) follow the customer drawing.

Mechanical Machining

MechaWorks combines aluminium and steel machining with a shop-floor team; complex parts are machined on modern machine tools. Multi-axis CNC equipment is used at micro-level tolerances. Production covers aluminium, steel, titanium and plastics from prototype to series. The saw line cuts aluminium profile, tube, bar and plate to tight tolerances with a clean surface.

Beyond extrusion, Seral provides mechanical fabrication in Turkey, supplying fully processed aluminum components to OEMs, system providers and contractors.
