Precision CNC machining in Türkiye
Precision CNC machining is for buyers who care about fit, repeatability and a defined tolerance, not only about producing a shape. The work may be milled or turned. What makes the request different from general CNC machining is the need to hold a closer dimension, a fit, or a consistent result across a batch.
Nothing on this page promises a specific micron tolerance or a particular inspection device. Those facts belong to the individual workshop. Some suppliers machine tooling, fixtures and small functional parts. Others run production components and treat precision as process control rather than as a laboratory claim. Read the profile, then ask how they machine and check the feature that matters on your drawing. Use the general CNC machining page if the part does not need a tight fit, and the CNC turning page if the part is primarily rotational.
What this category covers
The scope is milled and turned parts where dimensions, fits or repeatability are part of the order. Materials are typically steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals the supplier already cuts. Grinding, honing and coordinate inspection are not implied by the category name. Ask which of those, if any, the plant performs.
What to compare
Separate the one or two critical features from the rest of the drawing. A supplier can be a good match for a tight bore and a poor match for a large welded fabrication. Compare equipment only from what the company itself publishes, and ask for the inspection method on the critical feature.
What to include in a quote request
Mark the critical dimensions, the material, the quantity and whether this is a sample or a repeat batch. State the surface or fit that actually matters. A blanket note such as “high precision” is harder to quote than a tolerance on the controlling feature.
Questions buyers ask
Will every supplier hold the same tolerance?
No. The category does not set a tolerance. Put the tolerance you need on the drawing and ask the supplier if that feature is in their normal work.
Should I also look at precision machining?
Yes if the part may need grinding or another non-CNC finishing step. Precision machining is a separate category and is not limited to CNC machines.
Is a certificate required to be listed?
No. A quality certificate appears on a profile only when the company has recorded it. The category itself is not a certificate.
