CNC Milling ServiceMechanical processing covers drilling, threading and custom cutting at a stated accuracy of ±0.2 mm, using eccentric presses and fully automatic angle saws. 6000 series aluminium profiles, including solar frames and mounting systems, are machined to size; fixing holes on the long and short sides are positioned according to frame dimensions. The line sits in the same integrated plant as extrusion, powder coating and anodizing.
