Baysonic is an engineering-focused machinery manufacturer specialized in industrial ultrasonic technologies. With more than 25 years of field experience and a strong R&D infrastructure, it designs and manufactures production solutions for ultrasonic welding machines, ultrasonic cutting systems and special industrial ultrasonic applications.
For many industries, especially plastics, textile, automotive, packaging, nonwoven, technical textile and geotextile, we offer project-specific engineering solutions beyond standard ultrasonic machines. We approach each project not with ready-made molds, but with machine design from scratch and custom manufacturing according to product structure, process requirements and production targets.
Our range consists of high-precision industrial systems including ultrasonic plastic welding machines, ultrasonic cutting and edge-sealing systems, custom horn and booster designs, servo-controlled ultrasonic automation solutions and integrated production lines. In all ultrasonic systems we develop, process stability, repeatability, high precision and long industrial service life are our main priorities.

BSU-12 provides high-speed, clean, threadless seaming on nonwoven and technical textiles. Ultrasonic technology forms stable seams without damaging the fabric, without burrs and without burning.
