Industrial Chemicals ProductBWT 5120 is a steam-boiler scale and corrosion inhibitor. Its structure is organophosphonates, dispersants, oxygen scavenger and condensate-protecting amines. Use: preventing scale and corrosion in low- and medium-pressure (max. 45 atü) steam boilers. It is an all-organic treatment, antiscalant, contains catalysed sulphite oxygen scavenger and phosphonate-stabiliser dispersants, can dissolve existing scale, and may be used in food-contact production. pH 10.00±0.50; 1% pH 10.00±0.30; density (25°C) 1.05; yellowish clear liquid. Pack: lock-cap PE 30–60–200 kg drums.

CS 102 water-based mould cleaner / degreaser
Industrial Chemicals ProductCS 102 is a powerful degreaser used mixed with water. It is used effectively in degreasing in immersion baths and ultrasonic washers. On plastic injection moulds it takes oil, carbon layers, corrosion and rust accumulated on the mould surface into its structure in a short time. Its formula gives fast results on industrial oils, greases, mould-protective oils, wax layers, burnt caked oils, mineral and synthetic oils, cutting fluids and food oils on iron and steel. One unit of CS 102 is diluted with 40–100 units of water. Working conditions: 3–5% concentration, 70–90°C, 10–20 min.
