White masterbatch is one of the four main production groups. On the modern mono-masterbatch line, pigments with high fastness, excellent dispersion and low filter pressure are processed with PP and PE carrier systems by end use. Supplied as feedstock for carpet, BCF & CF yarn, nonwoven and plastics (cable, injection, film) from the 4,000 ton/year Gaziantep 5th OIZ plant.

Quality is determined by the Carbon Black they contain and the production processes; they must possess harmonious dispersion and sufficient concentration. Used in film packaging, pipes, automotive, compound, panels, injection, cables, etc. P-Type products provide extra UV effect and flawless dispersion.

Stabilizer Blends

Stabilizer groups generally act as water binders and are used as a structure regulator in the final product. They are used especially in dairy and meat products and also for a smoother structure compared to starch groups. Where starch use is not appropriate, such as beverages, they are widely used with guar, xanthan, gellan and konjac. Hasal Tarım products are Tempera Mix SSP-FC, Tempera Mix SSP-R, carrageenan grades Tempera Mix 4765 and Tempera Mix 8863, and Tempera Mix C Star. Usage areas are meat products and dairy products.

Pigment-to-Mono Masterbatch Production
