BWT 5120 steam-boiler scale and corrosion inhibitor
BWT 5120 is a steam-boiler scale and corrosion inhibitor. Its structure is organophosphonates, dispersants, oxygen scavenger and condensate-protecting amines. Use: preventing scale and corrosion in low- and medium-pressure (max. 45 atü) steam boilers. It is an all-organic treatment, antiscalant, contains catalysed sulphite oxygen scavenger and phosphonate-stabiliser dispersants, can dissolve existing scale, and may be used in food-contact production. pH 10.00±0.50; 1% pH 10.00±0.30; density (25°C) 1.05; yellowish clear liquid. Pack: lock-cap PE 30–60–200 kg drums.
CS 102 water-based mould cleaner / degreaser
CS 102 is a powerful degreaser used mixed with water. It is used effectively in degreasing in immersion baths and ultrasonic washers. On plastic injection moulds it takes oil, carbon layers, corrosion and rust accumulated on the mould surface into its structure in a short time. Its formula gives fast results on industrial oils, greases, mould-protective oils, wax layers, burnt caked oils, mineral and synthetic oils, cutting fluids and food oils on iron and steel. One unit of CS 102 is diluted with 40–100 units of water. Working conditions: 3–5% concentration, 70–90°C, 10–20 min.
CS 222 acidic paint-remover solvent
CS 222 is used for removing water-based, solvent-based and electrostatic powder paints, wax and varnish layers from metal surfaces in all kinds of industrial sectors. It is especially effective in removing multi-layer paints formed on powder-paint hangers and apparatus by the cold-dipping method without any heat application. Technical specifications: coordinated solvent-acid application; contains metal-protective inhibitors; structure reinforced with organic acids can dissolve multi-layer paints; volatility is limited so that maximum lifetime is obtained from the unit product.
