Ekan FLEX 927-N Superplasticiser
EKAN®FLEX 927-N is a highly effective water-reducing superplasticiser based on naphthalene-sulfonate. It improves workability and facilitates placement of concrete. It is suitable where high workability and high early strength are required and contributes to impermeability by reducing the water/cement ratio. EN 934-2 T 11.1 / T 11.2. Plastic tank 1000 litre; dosage 1.0–2.0 kg per 100 kg cement. It should not be mixed with polycarboxylate-based products.
Ekan HZ 20 Set Accelerator
EKAN®HZ 20 is a water-soluble set accelerator based on organic and mineral salts. It speeds cement hydration, shortens setting time and raises early compressive strength while promoting more homogeneous hydration. It protects concrete against frost in cold climates and helps reduce joint-formation risk. It has no water-reducing effect. EN 934-2 T 6. Density 1.06 ± 0.03 kg/l; dosage 0.5–2 kg per 100 kg cement; bulk or 1000 litre plastic tank.
Ekan MIX New-Generation Superplasticisers
The EKAN®MIX new-generation superplasticiser series adjusts the water/cement ratio during plant production so that the required strength, durability and workability are obtained. The range includes MIX 333, MIX 053-S1, MIX 110, MIX 242, MIX 4709, MIX 4714, MIX 857, MIX 618 and MIX 798-S. The product page publishes EN 934-2, EN 934-5 and EN 1504-3 together with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018. Use is ready-mix and precast concrete and the cement sector.

Concrete and Cement Admixture R&D

Stainless-steel Tanker Chemical Logistics
The About logistics section states that environmental and occupational safety measures are taken in manufacturing and that relevant laws are followed through transfer to customer storage units. All Ekan tankers have stainless-steel containers, so there is no corrosion risk that might pollute the product, and the insides can be cleaned after delivery.
