With 27mm corrugation depth + 80mm profile + 35/40mm module frame, height from corrugation bottom is 142mm / 147mm. The profile can be supplied as cut pieces or full lengths.

Trapezoidal Roof Mounting Systems

High-strength aluminium and steel structures for rooftop solar plants combine light weight and rigidity. Double Rail is a dual-carrier system for solar applications that need high load capacity; two parallel rails spread the load. The profile is EN AW 6063 aluminium, 150–7000 mm long, for vertical or horizontal layout. A rubber gasket is assembled to an AISI 304 stainless-steel bracket, the bracket is fixed to the trapezoidal roof with a sealed screw, and the clamp set is mounted to the rail with an M8 bolt.

Sandwich Roof Mounting Systems

The Rail Mini model is a compact, light mounting solution for sandwich-panel roofs with fast installation. The rail is EN AW 6063 aluminium, 150–7000 mm, for vertical or horizontal use. EPDM tape seals between the rail and the roof covering; the rail is fixed with a sealed screw. A pre-assembled clamp set is fastened to the rail with an M8 bolt and tightened at the PV panel maker’s recommended point and torque.
