Solar Plant Installation EngineeringYou prepare the project; Asist Solar designs and manufactures it — starting from the design. The company is a construction partner for aluminium and steel solar mounting systems. The plant covers 100,000 m2 open and 22,000 m2 indoor area, with three press lines and a monthly capacity of 1,200 tonnes. Sandwich-panel, trapezoidal, standing-seam, membrane, tile, flat-concrete roof and ground steel mounting systems are designed and produced to project dimensions.

Ground Steel Mounting System Production
Solar Plant Installation EngineeringGround steel mounting systems are designed and manufactured on a project basis. Systems use SD 52 and SD 37 steel and work together with original 6063 aluminium billet in roof applications. Production is recorded under ISO 9001. Manufacturing follows TS EN 755 1-9, 12020, 4922, CE, Qualicoat (+Seaside) and Qualanod. The main plant is in Pancar, Torbalı, İzmir; a second plant is in Karadeniz Ereğli OSB.
