Thicknesses 6–20 mm, width 1250 mm, lengths 2500/2800/3000 mm (2500 mm for 18–20 mm). Density 1150±75 kg/m³, reaction to fire A1 (EN 13501-1), durability Category A Class 2. Applied by mechanical fixing in ventilated rainscreen facades; used on interior walls, floors, wet areas and exteriors. For non-prefab exterior use, minimum 10 mm thickness is required.

Solar Carport Systems

Solar carport systems for airports, shopping centres, hospitals and similar sites are project-specific steel structures with high strength and corrosion resistance. The single-vehicle system holds 6 modules (about 3.5–4 kWp); the double-vehicle system holds 10 modules (about 6–6.5 kWp), in zinc-magnesium-aluminium coated steel. The modular layout scales from one bay to large parking areas and is compatible with EV charging infrastructure.

Acoustic laminated glass is produced to provide sound insulation in areas with high sound and noise. The acoustic PVB interlayer with sound insulation feature used between the glass plates absorbs the high-frequency sound waves coming from the outside and acts as a noise barrier. Colorless (clear) float glass produced with float technology maximizes the visual connection between indoor and outdoor with its high light transmittance, keeps human beings in touch with nature, and enables people to benefit from natural light without blocking the light, which is one of our greatest needs. Colorless (clear) float glass can be used directly, or it can be used by secondary processes by turning it into laminated glass, tempered glass, coated glass, mirror, painted glass, satin glass and insulating glass. R&D and Laboratory

The development of the processes of newly designed products and the adaptation of innovations in this field to the environment are carried out by the R&D Center. For all manufactured products, competitor comparison studies, literature and patent research, process analysis and verification tests are carried out. The raw materials used in glass production and the properties of glass are verified for compliance with glass production standards with X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF) and Spectrophotometer devices in the R&D laboratory. As a result of product-based performance improvement requests from customers and end users, necessary improvements in product quality and processes are planned and carried out by Düzce Float Glass R&D Laboratory.
