About
AYD Group Float Glass Industry Co. started its journey in the sector in 1975 as a family business and is now one of Turkey’s leading glass manufacturers. The company initially began with regional wholesale glass and distribution activities in Turkey. By 1985, it had become a significant player in glass distribution across Turkey. In 2000, AYD Group entered the international market by starting glass imports, quickly becoming one of Turkey’s most important glass distribution and marketing companies. In 2010, the company decided to begin glass production, initiating feasibility and infrastructure studies, and after a challenging process, it launched its first flat glass production line in 2015.
2015: Launched the first flat glass production line. 2018: Started patterned glass production. 2019: Launched glass processing and ancillary facilities with the production of mirrors, tempered glass, laminated glass, and satin glass. 2020: Launched the second flat glass line and began exports. Today, we export flat and patterned glass to 65 countries. 2024: Introduced the Wenfrod brand to unite our glass industry and glass processing solutions under one roof. While our flat glass production capacity has steadily increased, we have created an integrated industrial infrastructure from raw material to finished product.

Patterned Glass
The patterned-glass line produces white, bronze, smoke and blue options at 200 tons per day. The production page states these glasses are ideal for privacy and aesthetics in interior spaces. Patterned production started in 2018. It is listed as a separate line from the 400 t/day clear and colored float lines.
Colored Float Glass
The colored float line produces 2.2–12 mm glass at 400 tons per day in smoke, green, bronze, blue and French Green. The product page states high-quality pigments and advanced technology for vibrant, lasting colours, plus heat control and UV protection. It is positioned for decorative and functional interior and exterior architectural use. Strict quality controls are applied to durability and performance.
Transparent Float Glass
The transparent float line produces high-transparency, durable flat glass from 2.2 mm to 12 mm at 400 tons per day. The product page describes it as standard glass for basic construction and architectural projects, with superior optical properties and surface quality from melting and forming processes. Production is meticulously controlled in AYD Glass Inc. facilities. A second flat-glass line started in 2020; flat and patterned glass is exported to 65 countries.

Glass Tempering
The production page lists a continuous tempering furnace for 2.2–15 mm and a tempering furnace for 4–15 mm. These lines are described as increasing glass durability and safety. Tempered-glass production started with the 2019 processing facilities. Under the Wenfrod brand, tempered glass is also cited for shower enclosures, stairs, railings and padel courts.
Float Glass Production
At the Kayseri Anbar Mah. plant the clear float line is 400 t/day (2.2–12 mm) and the colored float line is 400 t/day (2.2–12 mm). The first flat-glass line opened in 2015, the second in 2020. Laminated Glass Production
The production page states high-strength laminated glass for safety- and durability-critical uses, with three autoclaves improving laminated-glass quality and strength.
