CLK-51 is a solvent-free, high-viscosity, two-component epoxy abrasive (sandpaper) adhesive. The surface must be even, dry and clean and free of mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. No foreign material may be added. If ambient or surface temperature is below +10°C or above +30°C, wait for suitable temperatures. Alcon (A) Putty Metal Bond is a mixture of epoxy resins and steel powders with very strong adhesion to many metals such as steel and cast iron, to concrete and to some hard plastics. It is used for bonding broken machine parts, filling casting defects and cavities, bonding and repairing drilled tanks, vessels, pipes and flanges, and covering and protecting metal surfaces damaged by friction or abrasion. It is easily applied on vertical surfaces, can be machined on metallic surfaces, and is resistant to chemicals, weak acids, bases and solvents, water and salt water. Mix ratio 9:1 by weight, 2.5:1 by volume. Working time 45 minutes for 500 g at 24 °C. Cure 16 hours. Shore D 85. Tensile strength 22.2 MPa, compressive strength 57 MPa. Maximum dry service temperature 120 °C. Code M-2222, 500 g tin, 10 per carton.

It is a fast grey plastic-steel adhesive gel. It provides very strong and practical bonding, does not lose volume after drying, and after drying is resistant to water, moisture and weak acids. Colour after mixing is grey. Heat resistance +120 °C (temporarily +160 °C). Pack examples: M-2310 30 g blister (12/box), M-2210 20 g box (24/box), M-2110 20 g blister (24/box).

Marker T-120-20 is a one-component epoxy adhesive designed for bonding aluminium, galvanized and metal parts; it can also be used on composite parts that will not be affected by the cure temperature. Being one-component, it avoids mix waste compared with standard 2K systems. It bonds very strongly. At room temperature it remains workable without curing for 20 days. It fully cures in 20 minutes at a continuous 120 °C. It is ready to use; applied with a trowel, spatula or roller, then the part is placed in an oven.
