Akfix E340 Quick-Setting Epoxy Adhesive
AKFIX E340 is a two-component, solvent-free, fast-curing, high-strength multi-purpose epoxy adhesive. Mix ratio 1:1 by volume; working time 4–5 min at 23°C; handling 20 min; full cure 24 h. Shore D 80±2 after 7 days. Used for bonding and repairing aluminium, glass, porcelain and ceramic; metal; marine, automotive, caravan and water pipes; tank leaks; engine-block cracks and radiator holes. Dual syringe 25 ml (28.8±0.4 g). Bonded surfaces are ready for use 2 hours after application; can be painted, sanded and drilled.

Two-component, solvent-free, thixotropic epoxy saturating resin and adhesive. Used for bonding TEKNOWRAP 300 to concrete. Uses: dry application of TEKNOWRAP fibres, primer for wet application, bonding TEKNOBAR plates to even surfaces. Easy to mix; applied with trowel or saturating roller. For hand saturation. Applicable on vertical and overhead surfaces; no separate primer; solvent-free. Mix with a low-speed mixer (max. 400 rpm) for 2–3 minutes until a homogeneous colour is obtained.

Polymex CLK-52 Epoxy Abrasive Adhesive
CLK-52 is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, two-component epoxy abrasive adhesive. Compared with high-viscosity CLK-51 it is a more flowable grade. The surface must be even, dry and clean and free of mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. If temperature is below +10°C or above +30°C, wait for suitable conditions. Mix A first, then add hardener B until homogeneous. Use the mix promptly; apply by machine, roller or trowel.
