Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAnodizing is a surface treatment offering both protection and an appealing design for aluminium. All processes comply with European QUALANOD and TSE standards, covering durability, UV resistance and colour stability. Anodized layer thickness is 5-25 μm, with E0-E6 pre-treatments (ground, brushed, polished, chemically pre-treated) and colours from C-0 natural to C-35 black via bronze shades.

The die shop has a capacity of 2,000 die sets per year using 3D solid modelling (CAD-CAM). Profile requests of different sizes for various sectors are met on 6 to 10 inch presses.
