Custom Aluminium ExtrusionFocus is on profiles with complex cross-sections, tight manufacturing tolerances or special surface requirements in the decorative field. On high-capacity extrusion lines from 400 to 4,000 tons, profiles weighing approximately 50 g/m to 60 kg/m are made to customer drawings. Depending on cross-section they can be up to 550 mm wide, 325 mm high and 14,000 mm long, in EN AW-6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.

Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAnodizing is a surface treatment offering both protection and an appealing design for aluminium. All processes comply with European QUALANOD and TSE standards, covering durability, UV resistance and colour stability. Anodized layer thickness is 5-25 μm, with E0-E6 pre-treatments (ground, brushed, polished, chemically pre-treated) and colours from C-0 natural to C-35 black via bronze shades.
