Facade System Profiles
Aluminium L brackets and ceramic cladding system profiles for facade systems. L brackets come with 50 to 300 mm facade openings, 3-5 mm thickness, 40-100 mm cutting sizes and single or double hole combinations. The MKL4408-MKL4419 ceramic cladding series includes single and double channel corner, T-section and L-section profiles.
Solar Energy Profiles
Aluminium rail profiles, clamps and fasteners for solar panel mounting systems. The 3400 series rail profiles range from about 0.683 kg/m to 2.829 kg/m; 3510-3514 end and mid clamps and 3610-3613 fasteners complete the system. Mekaltek positions aluminium as key to green energy and produces solar panel profiles, mounting parts and mounting systems.
Sigma & Industrial Profiles
Mekaltek specializes in product design and mold manufacturing tailored to customer needs. Sigma and industrial profiles are produced in AA 6005, 6060, 6061, 6063 and 6082 alloys. The MKL3200 series covers profiles from 20x20 mm up to 180x45 mm and 135x90 mm with 6, 8 and 10 mm slots, weighing roughly 0.39 kg/m to 9.15 kg/m.
Services
Aluminium Extrusion
Focus is on profiles with complex cross-sections, tight manufacturing tolerances or special surface requirements in the decorative field. On high-capacity extrusion lines from 400 to 4,000 tons, profiles weighing approximately 50 g/m to 60 kg/m are made to customer drawings. Depending on cross-section they can be up to 550 mm wide, 325 mm high and 14,000 mm long, in EN AW-6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.
Aluminium Anodizing
Anodizing is a surface treatment offering both protection and an appealing design for aluminium. All processes comply with European QUALANOD and TSE standards, covering durability, UV resistance and colour stability. Anodized layer thickness is 5-25 μm, with E0-E6 pre-treatments (ground, brushed, polished, chemically pre-treated) and colours from C-0 natural to C-35 black via bronze shades.
CNC Machining and Mechanical Processing
All processing steps including CNC machining, punching, cutting, laser welding and laser marking are handled under one roof. The machine park includes a 9-axis CNC turning centre, a 5-axis CNC machining centre (X:750 Y:650 Z:650 mm), a 4-axis CNC profile machining centre with 4,000 mm travel, 3 and 4-axis CNC machining and tapping centres, 20-80 ton eccentric presses, double and single head cutting machines, and aluminium and laser welding machines.
