Custom Aluminium ExtrusionBillets are heated to 420-520°C and pressed through steel dies heated to 450°C to form profiles, followed by cooling, stretching, cutting to length and ageing at 185°C for 5 hours. The die shop has a capacity of 2,000 die sets per year using 3D solid modelling (CAD-CAM). Profile requests of different sizes for various sectors are met on 6 to 10 inch presses.

On high-capacity extrusion lines from 400 to 4,000 tons, profiles weighing approximately 50 g/m to 60 kg/m are made to customer drawings. Depending on cross-section they can be up to 550 mm wide, 325 mm high and 14,000 mm long, in EN AW-6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.
