Aluminium profile production with 5", 6" and 7" extrusion presses at the production facility in Ankara Sincan ASO 2nd and 3rd OIZ. Using its own billets up to 7300 mm long, the company produces tube, box, angle, blind, insect screen, glass balcony and solar energy profiles, offering fast and low-cost supply to profile and system companies.

Billets are heated to 420-520°C and pressed through steel dies heated to 450°C to form profiles, followed by cooling, stretching, cutting to length and ageing at 185°C for 5 hours. The die shop has a capacity of 2,000 die sets per year using 3D solid modelling (CAD-CAM). Profile requests of different sizes for various sectors are met on 6 to 10 inch presses.

Focus is on profiles with complex cross-sections, tight manufacturing tolerances or special surface requirements in the decorative field. On high-capacity extrusion lines from 400 to 4,000 tons, profiles weighing approximately 50 g/m to 60 kg/m are made to customer drawings. Depending on cross-section they can be up to 550 mm wide, 325 mm high and 14,000 mm long, in EN AW-6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.
