Custom Aluminium ExtrusionFocus is on profiles with complex cross-sections, tight manufacturing tolerances or special surface requirements in the decorative field. On high-capacity extrusion lines from 400 to 4,000 tons, profiles weighing approximately 50 g/m to 60 kg/m are made to customer drawings. Depending on cross-section they can be up to 550 mm wide, 325 mm high and 14,000 mm long, in EN AW-6060, 6061, 6063, 6005 and 6082 alloys.

CNC Machining and Mechanical Processing
CNC Machining ServiceAll processing steps including CNC machining, punching, cutting, laser welding and laser marking are handled under one roof. The machine park includes a 9-axis CNC turning centre, a 5-axis CNC machining centre (X:750 Y:650 Z:650 mm), a 4-axis CNC profile machining centre with 4,000 mm travel, 3 and 4-axis CNC machining and tapping centres, 20-80 ton eccentric presses, double and single head cutting machines, and aluminium and laser welding machines.

Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesMatt, bright and coloured anodised surfaces are produced in a fully automated anodising plant with an annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes. Before anodising, profiles can go through polishing (mechanical brightening) and steel-brush satin finishing; profiles up to 8 metres long are processed. Custom colours are developed beyond the standard range; products are covered by QUALANOD and TSE.

Vertical Electrostatic Powder Coating
Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesAluminium profiles are coated in a wide range of RAL colours to customer requirements in a vertical electrostatic powder coating plant with an annual capacity of 35,000 tonnes. The plant is QUALICOAT certified; coated profiles resist corrosion and UV exposure. A chrome-free 'Cromfree' pretreatment process and paints without organic solvents are used.

Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesElectrostatic powder coating applied to extruded profiles at the Solid Group Metal production facility. The plant has powder coating booths and a conveyor line where profiles are hung and coated. This lets the aluminium profile process, from billet production through extrusion to surface coating, be completed in a single facility.

Aluminium Surface Treatment ServicesThe fully automatic anodizing plant treats profiles from 2,000 to 7,500 mm with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons under the QUALANOD specification and TSE guarantee, offering standard colours plus optional colour work. The special anodizing plant installed in 2021 has an annual capacity of 12,000,000 parts and performs hard and special anodizing at 5–80 µm thickness, up to 400 HV hardness and 500–1000 gloss. Processes meet RoHS and REACH requirements.
