Cotton Coverall

İşmont Cotton Coverall (ISM 4000) is made from 100% cotton, 275 g/m². The product page states the cotton fabric absorbs moisture and keeps the wearer cooler by releasing heat. It has a zipped front, zip chest pockets, a left-sleeve pen pocket, side pockets, a right-side tool pocket, elastic back waist and two rear pockets. 50 mm reflective tapes run on the shoulders, sleeves and trouser legs.

Custom Workwear Manufacturing

Besides stock models, İşmont manufactures custom workwear in different models and specifications. The design and R&D team develops the garment on computer; the process is needs definition, design presentation, sampling and serial production. Print or embroidery colour, label design and packing proceed with approval at each step. The custom-production page lists fabric selection, brand application, custom labels and custom packing. For wholesale orders, logos can be applied to sewn garments by print or embroidery, prepared digitally or as a sample.

Apparel Design and Sampling

In custom production, requirements are defined together with the buyer; garments are designed on computer, presented, then sampled. New models take into account different working methods and designs that reflect a company profile. After sample approval, serial production at the Sakarya/Akyazı plant includes tests and quality control against technical specifications; non-conforming goods are not shipped.

Serial Workwear Production

According to the corporate page, annual capacity is 2,500,000 pieces, with 1,200 product variants and 70 categories. High-volume workwear production uses machine parks at plants in Istanbul and Adapazarı. The Sakarya/Akyazı (Kuzuluk) factory sits on 40,000 m² with 25,000 m² indoor area. Production follows ISO 9001 processes; knitted products are made under OEKO-TEX. There are 10 wholesale and retail stores: nine in Turkey and one in Düsseldorf, Germany.
